    Hey you! You must've been reading my mind today, as I was going to send you a hello as soon as I logged back on!

    Land of the Lost! Used to love that show, had a little crush on "Holly", which was good, considering it was a wee boycrush on Jason from Here Come's The Brides before that! image

    That intro was hoorid, and that "Wesley" instead of Wesley Eure was weird for me as a kid. He tried to be..Cher(?!) with the one name?! ;)

    Yeah, the one I watched had the point that Richard was his parents fav and Karen was an after thought, even after they hit it big. I mean, SHE was the star, yet had all of her issues. I'll watch these today. It's always sad for me, I lost a High School friend to A/N a few years back..she was so nice and was such a shame.

    Wow, ok so I watched both documentaries--they were excellent. You should watch the 2nd one; the therapist they interview, while wacky, has some great insight I think. And the sad thing about your gif is that it represents a lot of the problem; she never had a choice to not sing or even express a desire to be someone other than who her family (especially her brother) required her to be--his vehemence at the very suggestion that she would chose otherwise really says something.

    That squeaky clean stuff was more the producers slant. Richard was hooked on 'ludes and remember reading about his hook up with Pamela Des Barre or the plaster casters or some groupies.

    That was from a BBC special last year, pretty much the same old stuff we've heard before, just nice seeing current Richard and he has a family ( 5 girls, 1 boy , plus the wife).

    Still hard to believe she was only 33 when she died. :(
